A New Play
Katty Pearce's brilliant Ortonesque black comedy in which two colleagues meet for a social drink in one of their homes while the semi-clothed body of a young woman lies dead on the coffee table.
Staged as a one-off performance for the Lost Theatre Festival and with an extremely experienced cast, Tabooed played to an extremely enthusiastic audience, and received generous praise from the festival adjudicator Jeremy Kingston.
Hopefully this is just the start of things for this smart, pacy comedy and for author Katty Pearce.
